Payment:  

All sessions are all inclusive and include tax.  Session includes session fee and high-resolution digital images.  Upon booking, payment is due and payment confirms session date.

Scheduling Times:

When scheduling a portrait session with C. Thompson Photography, you may notice that we recommend shooting during a very precise time of day- generally the last sixty to ninety minutes before the sun has completely set. This special window known to photographers as “The Golden Hour” is the period of time when the light from the sun is at its most perfect. With its long rays diffused across the entire sky, the light creates a flattering glow and shimmer for picture perfect skintones and deliciously warm portraits.  

Depending on location and session type, start times can vary and maybe outside of this window.  Prior to the session, an exact start time will be communicated.

Weather/Reschedules:

In the case of inclement weather (most likely rain, fog, high winds, or extremely overcast skies) prevents a scheduled session, we will contact you as soon as possible and the session will be cancelled and rescheduled for the next available date.
